Application Instructions

• Trace each sole bottom on the back of the 3M liner with the 3M logo facing up. Place the toe as close to the front edge of the protector as possible to maximize coverage area. Tip: Use a small piece of tape to help the Sole Protector stay in place while tracing.

• Carefully cut out the traced area. Cut a little wider than your traced area as a precaution. If you cut too wide, you can trim it down later.

• Our Sole Protector is designed for use on a smooth, unworn sole. Ensure your sole is clean before application. Tip: For best results, lightly wet your shoe soles with a spray bottle before application.

• Align your “cut-out” with your shoe sole. Starting at the tip of the toe, carefully peel the liner as you apply the Sole Protector. Massage out any air bubbles as you apply the liner. The water applied to the bottom of your sole in Step 3 will help with application and eliminating air bubbles. Tip: A credit card can help smooth out the surface and remove any remaining air bubbles. Allow the Sole Protector to settle overnight.
